"The design was... fine, I guess..."
The design was... fine, I guess, but the colors and layout didn’t really match the preview. Maybe I was just silly for expecting it to look like the example. It’s not terrible, but yeah, definitely a little disappointing.

"I waited for weeks and there was..."
I waited for weeks and there was still no real updates. I kept checking, but nothing really changed, so it got frustrating.

"Decent overall, but a little pricey"
I had an okay experience overall. The service/product wasn’t bad, and I didn’t have any major issues, but after trying it, the price felt a bit higher than what I’d expect for what you get.

"Medium felt more like an extra small"
I ordered a medium thinking it would fit normally, but it was way tighter than expected, honestly felt more like an extra small. If you like a super snug fit it might be fine, but for what I was expecting, the sizing was really frustrating

"Support eventually answered, but it took a while"
I reached out to support and they did get back to me, but it felt slow. I guess these things always take longer than you expect, so at least they answered in the end.

"Tracking was, mostly, decent"
My order tracking updated okay, not super fast, but enough that I could tell where the package was. It showed up around the expected day, which was fine. One update came in kind of late, but overall, no big issues.

The return itself went fine, no big issues there. I just thought the refund would hit my account sooner than it did. It eventually came through, but yeah

"I got my order the print feels really..."
I got my order the print feels really solid, not cheap at all. The material is comfy too, so I’m happy with the quality overall. I did feel a bit dismissed when I had a question about it, which wasn’t great, but the actual product itself turned out really nice.
